Abstract:Making a good job on the college ideological work has an important and profound meaning to consoli-date college ideological front, to ensure the quality of education and to meet the challenges of our time. Currently, college ideological work faces many problems and challenges, such as complicated social ideological trend, networked propagation mode and the maladjustment of college. To strengthen the ideological work in colleges, it's necessary to do the following things: First, setting up base line for ideology and keeping a firm grasp on the initiative in work;second, making a firm ideological base and persisting on the guiding position of Marxism; finally, managing the key front, especially the internet front.
