Abstract:镍基合金泵体铸件结构复杂,壁厚变化较大,导致铸造工艺设计有很大难度.针对镍基高温合金泵体的缩孔缺陷,应用ProCAST软件模拟该泵体充型及凝固过程,从而改进铸造工艺,最终使热节部位及相应的缩孔消除,制备出合格的镍基高温合金泵体.
