旋转磁场作用下过共晶Al-Si合金初生硅分离研究

Abstract: 通过旋转磁场以及合适的冷却条件可以使Al-30Si合金的初生硅富集在铸锭的周围,形成明显的梯度层,最外层含硅质量分数为65-69%,铸锭内部是Al-Si共晶组织.这是由于在合金凝固过程中初生硅现在坩埚内壁形核生长,然后熔体中的Si原子在二次环流以及Taylor-G(o)rtler漩涡的作用下运动到坩埚内壁,促使已形核的初生硅的生长,最终导致了初生硅的分离.
