铝合金层状复合材料连铸技术及界面特征

Abstract: 介绍了制备3xxx/4xxx铝合金层状复合方坯、圆坯及管坯的连续铸造技术,使用金相显微镜、电子探针,力学性能测试等手段对不同形状的层状复合铸锭界面进行了系统研究.试验结果表明连续铸造方法可以成功制备不同形状的3xxx/4xxx层状复合铸坯,且界面无气孔、夹杂等缺陷,两种合金之间属于冶金结合.电子探针分析结果表明不同形状3xxx/4xxx铝合金层状复合铸锭的合金溶质元素间发生了相互扩散,形成厚度约为40μm的扩散层.
