Abstract: BiFeO3(BFO)具有铁电性,铁弹性,和反铁磁性共存特点,是多铁性材料中非常具有代表性的一类材料。BFO是当前理论和实验研究的热点,这种研究有望导致室温多功能材料与器件的诞生。拉曼光谱可视为一种很灵敏的结构和磁电特性的局域探针,能为解决BFO的一些基本物理问题提供帮助。
