输油管道冻胀融沉监测的光纤布里渊传感技术

Abstract: 针对高纬度冻土环境下输油管道在冬夏交替的冻胀融沉作用下易发生大变形,其损伤具有范围广、隐蔽、随机及滞后性等特点.提出采用光纤布里渊全分布式传感技术对输油管道进行长期监测,通过PVC管模型的单点集中荷载实验验证了该技术测试的正确性,并利用PVC管在水结冰冻胀和冰受热融沉过程的受力状态模拟输油管道在真实冻胀融沉过程的受力状况.结果表明,光纤布里渊传感器可有效揭示冻胀融沉过程中PVC的受力状况,应变测量值与局部高精度光纤光栅传感器应变测量值比较吻合,适于输油管道的冻胀融沉长期监测.
