Abstract:   岩藻糖基转移酶8(Fucosyltransferases 8,FUT8)又称为核心岩藻糖基转移酶,识别N-糖链与天冬酰胺相连的核心G1cNAc,将岩藻糖基从供体GDP-Fucose 转移至此位置,形成α1,6 糖苷键.Wnt 信号通路在细胞增殖、分化、维持成体稳态、干细胞自我更新等生理过程发挥着重要作用,同时在肝癌、肺癌、结肠癌、直肠癌、毛囊癌等多种疾病中同时出现Wnt/β-catenin 信号途径过度激活和FUT8 表达异常,但此二者之间是否存在协同关系尚未明确.
