Abstract: 通过对注塑成型聚醚醚酮(PEEK)试样进行人工加速物理老化实验,得到试样屈服应力随物理老化时间的变化规律,以132℃为参考温度最终拟合得到以PEEK屈服应力为表征的物理老化模型.基于此模型并结合时温等效原理,预测PEEK注塑成型及后期物理老化过程中的屈服应力变化,并通过实验进行了验证.
