Abstract:Li_(1+x)Al_xNi_(0.5)Mn_(1.5-x)O_4 (LNMO) materials with different Al~(3+) doping amount (x) were prepared and characterized by XRD and SEM and so on techniques. The electrochemical properties of the samples were determined by CV test and AC impedance spectroscopy. The influence of Al~(3+) doping amount on the structure and properties of materials was discussed. The results showed that proper Al~(3+) doping increased the structural stability, cycle and rate performance of the material. When Al~(3+) doping amount was 0.06, the prepared sample had the best properties, the retention rates of circulating 100 times at 0.5 and 2.0 C reached 95.2% and 90.0%, respectively. Moreover, the potential difference of the redox peak was small, and the cycle reversibility was the best. The samples prepared by polymer-assisted method further improved the cycle performance due to the stronger orientation of {111} crystal plane, the 100 times retention rates at 0.5 and 2.0 C reached 97.1% and 93.0%, respectively.
