基于VB与Fortran开发固态接触换热系数测量系统

Abstract: 固态界面接触换热系数直接影响界面间热量传递和温度分布,测定接触换热系数有助于热功过程的设计和优化。笔者基于传热学基本原理,设计了固体材料接触换热实验装置,并采用VisualBasic和Fortran语言开发了固态界面接触换热系数测定的温度采集及数据处理系统。应用开发的系统对不锈钢接触换热系数进行了测定,数据可重复性良好。测量结果显示,随接触压力增加,接触换热系数增加。所开发的测定系统和实验装置可以用来测定固态界面接触换热系数。
