Abstract: 利用非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc建立转子屏蔽套真空热胀形过程的二维轴对称热力耦合有限元模型,计算并分析真空热胀形过程中转子屏蔽套和模具的径向位移变化,预测转子屏蔽套的胀形量和胀形后内径.此外,基于建立的有限元模型研究胀形间隙对转子屏蔽套胀形量和胀形后内径的影响.结果表明:对于确定的工艺,在其胀形能力范围内,随着胀形间隙的增大,转子屏蔽套的胀形量线性减小,且胀形后的内径不随胀形间隙的变化而变化.开展转子屏蔽套的真空热胀形实验,验证建立的有限元模型.
