摘要：This paper takes Chinese financial listed enterprises, and establishes indicators to evaluate the initiative risk management behaviors of the financial enterprises and examines the relationship between initiative risk management and firm value. Results show that financial enterprises could increase firm value effectively by taking initiative risk management measures, such as setting up departments specialized in risk management, using financial derivative instruments or engaging international famous accounting firms as audit institutions.
