Abstract:提出一种适用于全断面岩石掘进机(Tunnel boring machines,TBM)刀盘驱动系统的分层次建模方法,考虑系统变频电机运行特性、齿轮时变啮合刚度和啮合误差等非线性因素,基于动力学相似理论建立刀盘驱动系统整机动力学模型.研究了刀盘驱动系统在电动机启动、稳态载荷与冲击载荷等工况下的动力学响应,分析结果表明各构件的振动频率主要集中在各级啮合频率的倍频处;动态啮合力的最大幅值均发生在相应啮合频率的倍频处且动态啮合力的波动随着外部激励的增加而加剧.基于模型试验台,测试得到不同转速工况下刀盘驱动系统的振动响应,结果表明各级传动系统的啮合频率及倍频是系统振动的主要频率成分,验证了分层次建模方法的适用性,分析结果为刀盘驱动系统的动力学设计提供了理论依据.
