利用电磁场在Al-Si合金凝固过程中制备高纯度多晶Si

Abstract:A new method with low-cost and high-efficiency to purify MG (metallurgy grade)-Si was presented. The primary Si was directly separated from hypereutectic Al-Si melt by rotating magnetic field (RMF), after etch cleaning, the solar-grade Si was obtained. The experiment results show that the Si-rich layer is formed in the ouer-layer of the ingot, and the content of Si is about 60% in Si-rich layer, while the inner microstructure of the ingot is composed mainly of the Al-Si eutectic structure. The Si-rich was peeled from the ingot, after aqua regia leaching, which its removal fraction of metallic impurities (i. e.
