结晶性聚碳酸酯的结晶形态与热性能表征

Abstract:本文通过偏光显微镜(POM)对其结晶形态表征，结果表明随着等温结晶温度的升高，聚合物晶粒尺寸逐渐变大；通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对其进行热性能表征，结果表明该聚碳酸酯结晶温度为184℃左右，具有高达269℃的熔点，但在高温熔融状态下该聚合物不稳定，热失重测试(TGA)显示，熔融过程中聚合物已经开始发生热降解，原因是由于链末端羟基的影响。
