超疏水脉动热管的可视化实验研究

Abstract:  本文对4弯管闭合回路紫铜脉动热管表面进行超疏水处理,制成超疏水脉动热管。通过高速摄像研究超疏水表面对脉动热管启动流型及液弹脉动的影响。实验结果表明超疏水脉动热管的启动特性和紫铜脉动热管不同,蒸发段液体发生核状沸腾,稳态运行时,冷凝液体呈现滴状回流到蒸发段,补充蒸发段的液体。含有不凝气时,冷凝液体不易回流,脉动热管出现烧干现象。由于超疏水微结构内液体的滞留作用,形成的液膜增加了壁面热阻,且蒸发段回流液体不充分,超疏水脉动热管的传热性能下降。
