微反应器内制备三水碳酸镁工艺研究

Abstract:A serpentine micro-reactor with sectional dimension of 1 mm×1 mm was designed based on numerical simulation of mixing in different shaped micro-channels. Na2CO3 and MgCl2 solutions (0.2 molL-1) were used to synthesis nesquehonite in the micro-reactor, and effects of feed flow rate and residence time on crystal quality were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that when the feed flow rate is not within suitable range, the nucleation surface area and supersaturation of the reaction solution decrease, which dramatically affects the growth of the crystal. The optimal crystallization happens when the flow rate is 4 mLmin-1. With the increase of residence time in the microchannel, the product quality decreases first and then increases. The best crystal rods are obtained at the flow rate of 4 mLmin-1 and residence time of 9 s. The crystal rods with the lowest lattice distortion are evenly distributed (average particle size of 150 μm) and the size follows normal distribution. © 2018, Editorial Board of 'Journal of Chemical Engineering of Chinese Universities'.
