An exponential model of the mechanical strength-hardness-cooling rate was established using the dimensional analysis method, and this model was validated to be effective. By writing the user subroutine, this model was introduced into the prediction program in the self-developed software KMAS_HF platform to validate the hardness and strength prediction of U-shape hot forming product. Results show that the model is reliable and applicable in predicting the mechanical properties of hot forming products, which can be used to guide the optimization of hot forming process and the design of hot forming tools. 备注:新增回溯数据 发表时间:2014-01-01
