Abstract:采用VB语言和Microsoft Access数据库开发了一个包含多种超压类型及设计标准的超压泄放设计程序,由此可以依据GB 567-1999<爆破片与爆破片装置>、API 520-2000<Sizing, Se-lection, and Installation of Pessure-Relieving Devices in Refineries>、ISO 4126-2003<Safety De-vices for Protection against Excessive Pressure>分别对单相流物理超压,如气体、水蒸气、液体的超压进行泄放设计;依据DIERS(Design Institute for Emergency Relief System)提供的方法对两相流进行泄放设计;依据NFPA 68-2007<Standard on Explosion Protection by Deflagration Ven-ting))对可燃气体和粉尘燃爆泄放进行设计,并根据设计条件和计算结果给出了泄放装置型号.
