Abstract:Referring to IEC79 Method of Test for Ascertainment of Maximum Experimental Safe Gap and GB 3836? 11-2008 Equipment Protection by Flameproof Enclosures “d”-Method of Test for Ascertainment of Maximum Experimental Safe Gap, the gap adjustment structure automatic is made, which is adjusted by hand in the standard. The maximum experimental safe gap (MESG)test equipment with high degree of automation is developed.Using this equipment test the MESG of C3 H8 of different concentration and compared with value of standard.The re-sult shows that the device has high accuracy.
