大尺寸非标准容器法兰螺栓优化加载方案研究

Abstract:Face up the leakage problems of large size non-standard vessel flange under action of axial force in industry,the corresponding experimental apparatus was set up and the change rules of bolt load,internal pressure and leak rate under different preload,initial pressure and loading schemes were studied.The test results indicated that the modified loading scheme based on ASME PCC-1 and JIS B 2251 was still optimized when applied to this structural form flange,the bolt load uniformity was the best and loading number was the least based on JIS B 2251 loading scheme.When the initial pressure was 200 kPa and 800 kPa,the increase of preload was difficult to reduce the maximum leakage rate of inner flange,when the initial pressure was 400 kPa and 600 kPa,the preload was increased from 6.0 kN to 9.0 kN,the max imum leakage rate decreased by 30.4% and 18.2%.
