- 摘要: The thermal decomposition of hydrogen peroxide is apt to cause runaway reaction with explosive hazard. Using vent test simulation device of bench scale,the characteristics of hydrogen peroxide decomposition with mass fractions of 1 0% and 1 5% were studied.The critical criterion for runaway reaction was established.The results show that temperature and pressure rise mildly in mild reaction stage with a constant temperature rise rate;in runaway reaction stage,temperature and pressure rapidly increase with an obvious peak value of temperature rise rate.The maximum temperature,maximum pressure and maximum temperature rise rate of hydrogen peroxide runaway reaction at 1 0% mass fraction are 90.0 ℃,3.07 MPa and 1 0.7 ℃/min respectively.The runaway reaction intensity increases with the mass fraction increasing.Two reaction runaway criterions of temperature trend criterion and the average temperature rise rate criterion were proposed according to the runaway characteristic.The comparison of 1 0% and 1 5% mass fractions hydrogen peroxide decomposition reaction under different runaway criteria critical points shows that both can identify a runaway reaction in advance,but their accuracy depends on the threshold setting.By one criterion,the smaller threshold is sensitive,but the rate of false alarm is high.
