受损正拱形爆破片的爆破及疲劳性能试验研究

摘要: The stability of the bursting disc is the key to the safety release of the pressure vessel.Aiming at the safety problem of bursting damage effect caused by actual operation industry,the explosion and fatigue platform was established.The change law of bursting pressure and fatigue life of the positive arched bursting piece under the abnormal conditions such as extrusion and scratch was studied.The results show that the bursting pressure was basically unchanged under extrusion damage,and the fatigue life compared to normal bursting dropped by nearly 95 %.Under the scratch damage,bursting pressure changed with the changes of scratches position,the fatigue life decreased further,and the minimum fatigue life was in 1/2 arch near the surface.The research shows that the replacement of the damaged bursting disc is very necessary in the long term work.
