Abstract:为了有效分析水体周边热环境中多个因素的影响显著性,将正交试验设计方法与室外热环境数值模拟方法相结合,考虑水体自身状况不变的情况下,重点讨论建筑布局、容积率、岸堤高度、滨水间距和绿化对水体周边热环境中的水蒸气扩散及温度的影响.以住区内行人高度平面的平均值作为分析指标,结果表明:与水蒸气质量分数相比,由于温度受环境的综合作用更强,其变化规律不尽相同.随着远离水体的距离增加,水蒸气质量分数呈下降趋势,而温度呈现上升趋势.岸堤高度对水体降温效应的阻碍作用较为明显,对水蒸气扩散的影响相对较小.采用板式和点板式建筑布局的滨水建筑区域更利于水体对局地热湿环境中湿度的调节,容积率较低且中部具有较为宽敞通风廊道的滨水布局更利于水体对滨水建筑区温度的调节.
