Abstract:Ideological and political theory course teachers as important in colleges and universities teachers group, need to raise the quality structure and transformation, the development of higher education transformation provided the good opportunities and demands, the improvement of the ideological and political theory course teachers' quality structure development provides a better condition for the transformation of higher education development, thus the quality of ideological and political theory course teachers constitute and its form is very important. But, look around the current situation of teachers' quality of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities to develop, is indeed very worrying, greatly influenced the transformation of universities and scientific development. In view of this, in carrying out ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities teachers' quality structure design and develop training work, must be in accordance with the requirements of the development of higher education transformation, improve quality structure from the practical transformation of theory to practice, from the form the concept, content, platform, security conditions and evaluation mechanism and so on comprehensive promote training and improve the ideological and political theory course teachers' quality development.
刘鹏飞，博士，大连理工大学教授、博士生导师、博士后合作导师，北京大学优秀访问学者，主要研究方向为政治经济学、世界社会主义运动、当代中国社会治理。曾入选大连理工大学“星海学者”人才培育计划及辽宁省“百千万人才工程”，被授予“辽宁五一劳动奖章”、辽宁省思想政治理论课教学能手、辽宁省思政课中青年骨干教师等荣誉。担任团中央宣讲团、辽宁省青年讲师团、大连市委讲师团、大连市青年讲师团骨干成员。兼任教育部国家级人才项目通讯评审专家，中国马克思恩格斯研究会理事，辽宁省高校思想政治教育研究会常务理事，浙江省委宣传部理论宣讲特聘导师，《当代世界社会主义问题》《东北大学学报》《重庆社会科学》等多家核心期刊的青年编委。曾获得全国高校思想政治理论课教学展示活动特等奖、全国高校网络教育优秀作品推选展示活动一等奖（最高奖）、辽宁省本科教学成果一等奖、辽宁省职工职业技能大赛全省第一名等10余项教学奖项，主讲的课程被中央组织部评为全国干部教育培训好课程。近年来，主持国家社科基金项目、教育部哲学社会科学重大攻关项目（子课题）等各类科研项目10余项，在《高等教育出版社》《社会科学文献出版社》《中国人民大学出版社》《大连理工大学出版社》等出版社出版专著教材多部。独立撰写的资政建议获得中央主要领导同志批示，在《光明日报》《经济日报》《马克思主义与现实》《红旗文稿》《国外理论动态》《马克思主义理论学科研究》等权威报刊发表各类论文50余篇，《新华文摘》《中国社会科学文摘》以及人大报刊复印资料摘编及全文转载6篇。2024年获得大连理工大学优秀学术成果特等奖。
