摘要：Ideological and political theory course teachers as important in colleges and universities teachers group, need to raise the quality structure and transformation, the development of higher education transformation provided the good opportunities and demands, the improvement of the ideological and political theory course teachers' quality structure development provides a better condition for the transformation of higher education development, thus the quality of ideological and political theory course teachers constitute and its form is very important. But, look around the current situation of teachers' quality of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities to develop, is indeed very worrying, greatly influenced the transformation of universities and scientific development.
