Hui Qin received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tongji University, in 2008, M. S. and Ph. D. in Tunnel and Underground Engineering from Tongji University, in 2011 and 2017, respectively. He is currently a lecturer with School of Civil Engineering, Dalian University of Technology. His research interests non-destructive testing and evaluation, health monitoring, and risk assesment of tunnel and underground stuctures.
