摘要：This paper puts forward that academic power is the act of the academic post holders judging, evaluating academic affairs and making academic decisions according to their specialized, systematic knowledge system. It also discusses the connotation of academic power and the dialectical relationship between administrative power and academic power, and points out that administrative power should be given priority over academic power, and administrative power predominates academic power. In the meantime academic power governs administrative power and is affirmed and formalized through administrative power. Administrative power fulfills its task of cultivating talent through academic power and the upper administrative bodies govern and supervise academic power through administrative power. It explores academic power and administrative power in graduate education.
