铜模铸造Cu99Zr0.5Al0.5合金微观组织及时效工艺

摘要: Cu99 Zr0.5 Al0.5 alloy rods with a diameter of 20 mm was prepared by copper mold casting method, and effects of aging time and temperature on electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of Cu99 Zr0.5 Al0.5 alloy were investigated, meanwhile, as-cast and cold-rolled microstructure of the alloy were observed. The results reveal that the Cu99 Zr0.5 Al0.5 alloy is composed of fine, equiaxed grains and a few eutectic phases near the grain boundary. The grains are stretched and changed into banded structure after cold rolling. The Vickers hardness is increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the aging time, while the electrical conductivity of the alloy is increased quickly at the initial stage and then tended to be stable. The optimized properties of Cu99 Zr0.5 Al0.5 alloy were obtained under 450���1 h aging treatment with a Vickers hardness of 172, tensile strength of 460 Mpa and electrical conductivity of 34.86 MS/m. ? 2016, Journal Office of Special Casting and Nonferrous Alloys.
