基于纳米金膜的双酚A分子印迹传感器研究

Abstract: 通过电化学和分子印迹技术,在金基底表面成功制备出基于三维纳米金膜修饰的双酚 A(BPA)分子印迹传感器电极.扫描电镜、透射电镜表征和电化学分析结果表明,电化学沉积法可以使纳米金规则成粒,并均匀成膜;纳米金膜使电极表面具备三维结构;纳米金颗粒(AuNPs)可以在分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)中形成内镶嵌结构,使电极表面电导率显著增高.在对 BPA 的检测中,MIPs-AuNPs-Au 电极的响应信号强度约是 MIPs-Au 电极的2.6倍,检测限为1.47×10-8 mol/L.而且,MIPs-AuNPs-Au 电极具有良好的选择性与稳定性.
