钛硅沸石的结晶动力学研究

Titanium silicalite TS-1 was synthesized in the presence of tetrapropylammonium bromide (TPABr) and n-butylamine. The crystallization kinetics of the synthetic system with or without seeds was studied, and the nucleation rate, crystallization rate and apparent activation energy were obtained. The effects of the type and amount of the seeds on the crystallization kinetics were also investigated. It has been shown that both the nucleation rate and the crystallization rate increase as the temperature increases. The function of the seeds is to afford the nuclei and to reduce the induction period. The apparent activation energy for nucleation and crystal growth is 44.4 and 75.7 kJ/mol, respectively. An optimum amount of the seeds exists in the synthetic system. All of TS-1, M, ZSM-11 and �� zeolites can be used as seeds when TPABr is used as template.
