钛硅分子筛挤条成型催化剂研究

- The extruded titanium silicalite was used in propylene epoxidation. The effects of dispersion agent, pore-forming agent and the amount of pore-forming agent on the reaction were systematically investigated. The results show that the heat effect can be moderated by adding dispersion agent in the extruded catalysts and the reaction heat and PO can be transmitted rapidly from the reaction site to the environment due to using pore-forming agent in the extruded process. The selectivity of PO can be improved by using dispersion agent and especially by using pore-forming agent. The 3% polyethylene glycol is preferred in increasing the selectivity of PO. The pore (around 1.5 nm) due to using pore-forming agent has an important effect on the selectivity of PO.
