摘要：To study the chemical constituents of aerial part of Gentiana scabra Bunge, the plant material was extracted with ethanol, and the constituents were separated and purified from the ethanol extraction by silica gel column chromatog-raphy. They were identified asβ-amyrin (1) ,β-sitosterol (2) ,β-amyrin acetate (3) , uvaol (4) , oleanolic acid (5) and 6-demethoxy-7-methylcapillarisn (6), on the basis of physiochemical properties and spectral methods. Among them, com-pound 6 was isolated from Gentianaceae for the first time. Its characterization by 1D and 2D NMR spectra and possible fragmentation pathway in EI-MS were discussed. The structure of compound 6 was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic a-nalysis.
