摘要:An optimal model of quay crane allocation is presented here,which chooses the sum of minimized loss of vessels waiting for berths and vacant berth loss as the objective function,and the CO2 emitted by handling unit throughput as the constraint condition. Meanwhile,the influence of CO2 emission constraint on the optimization results is analyzed by comparing the optimization results of quay crane allocation with/without the constraint condition of the CO2 emitted by handling unit throughput. Finally,it proves that the constraint condition of CO2 emitted would affect the primary quay crane allocation,and the CO2 emitted by handling unit throughput can be reduced by reallocating the quay cranes.
