Abstract:为了保证火箭贮箱结构在存储过程中的完整性,需要开发适用于低温环境的贮箱结构在役结构健康监测传感器系统.该文进行了一系列低温测试试验.首先,利用长期监测试验考察了长期处于低温环境下的压电晶片传感器和粘接剂的性能退化情况,以表征其低温耐久性;然后,利用低温/常温剪切强度试验测试了不同种类粘接剂在贮箱结构使用环境下的抗高应变性能;最后,通过不同温度(室温~ -180 ℃)下的Lamb信号收发试验评估了不同传感器系统的低温工作性能.实验结果表明,选用的粘接剂在低温下的力学性能和耐久性较好,压电晶片传感器在低温下耐久性良好.该文设计的传感器系统可用于火箭贮箱结构低温监测.
