李莉，博士，博士生导师，澳大利亚新南威尔士大学矿业和能源工程学院获取博士学位，主要从事与矿业和能源开发的岩石力学工作。申请人近五年主要围绕在“岩土工程动力灾害预测预警及防控机制”开展学术研究工作，项目经费总计达1000万元。科研项目主要聚焦在澳洲、印尼、加拿大、赞比亚、非洲等国家，具有全球化的矿山开发和岩土工程应用的视野，博士毕业就职于澳洲嘉能可公司，以及澳洲曼宁文咨询公司承担各类岩土工程项目，包括矿山工程深部膏体充填标准制定、深部矿山地压管理和支护设计、每年度的岩石力学内部审计、绿地矿山开发的可研项目、矿山大型三维数值模拟工程应用。近两年主要致力于“人工智能大数据驱动的矿山边坡稳定性分析”，目前申请发明专利1项，软著1项，连续获得中国黄金协会科学技术成果一等奖（2024）和二等奖（2025）。在国际合作方面，曾为紫金矿业（塞尔维亚）、艾芬豪矿业、嘉能可集团授课相关岩石力学课程，并受邀为嘉宾讲师参与新南威尔士大学以及莫纳什大学大学的本科生/研究生授课，同时作为莫纳什大学博士生的副导师辅导其博士研究。
