摘要：Tri-block stabilizer of poly(ε-caprolactone)-polydimethylsiloxane-poly(ε-caprolactone)block copolymer(PCL-PDMS-PCL)was synthesized via ring-opening polymerization of PCL with hydroxypropyl-terminated PDMS(HTPDMS)as the initiator and hydrogen chloride/ether solution(HCl·Et20)as protonic acid catalyst. The copolymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope(FTIR)and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer(NMR). The impact of reaction conditions on the relative molecular weight and yield of the copolymer were observed as well. The results show that the structure of the prepared molecules are uniform with that of the target molecule. The optimal reaction conditions are listed as follows, reaction temperature is 25 ℃,reaction time is 4 h,and the molar ratio of HCl·Et20 and HTPDMS is 2:1.
