摘要：The 3D stresses analysis model of the wavy plate using for heat transfer that is manufactured by resistance spot welds and seal welds is established with element analysis methods. A numerical simulation program is developed for the analysis. Based on results of theory analysis and simulation calculations, the distribution of stresses on the heat transfer surface of wavy plate is acquired under the different inner pressures. The reliability of spot welds of the wavy plate is investigated. In addition, the distributions of stresses along some certain mapped paths are examined. The accuracies of the numerical simulation results have been verified by comparing with the stresses measure results.
