摘要：This paper studied the impact that the controlling shareholders of a listed company had on the price in private placement, exploring how the controlling shareholders' involvement and the degree of participation affected the discount rate. Correlation analysis showed that their participation increased the discount rate and there was a positive correlation relationship between the level of participation and the extent of the discount
