摘要:A series of poly (phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) composite membranes were prepared by piperazine (PIP) and m-phenylenediamine (MPD) with trimesoylchloride (TMC) respectively through the interracial polymerization technique on the poly (phthalazinone ether sulfone ether ketone) (PPESK) supporting membrane.It was investigated in detail the separation result of the composite membranes to the sulfolane solution,the stability oftbe membrane and two-stage process under different operation conditions.The poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) aromatic poly amide (PA/PPESK) composite membrane was selected to concentrate the sulfolane solution with 10 g·L~    (-1)sulfolane content under the condition of 50 ℃ and 1.8 MPa.It was found that the content of sulfolane in the concentrated solution varied from 28~36 g·L~(-1) and the content of sulfolane in the permeate was about 0.2 g·L~(-1).The PA/PPESK membrane can be steadily applied to a constant concentration operation of 24 h.
