摘要:An inorganic dynamic membrane (DM)was prepared and applied to separation of oil-in-water emulsion. Kaolin was selected as the coating material which was deposited on the inner surface of a porous ceramic tube. The grey relational analysis (GRA)method was used to study the effects of various operation parameters on the stable permeate flux during DM formation and separation. The sorting of relational degree was obtained to be cross-flow velocity >trans-membrane pressure difference of separation >coating time >pressure difference of preparation>coating suspension mass concentration > coating suspension temperature > oil concentration. Single-factor experiments were then conducted to investigate the effects of coating conditions on DM separation performance. The results show that the stable flux of oil-in-water emulsion separation increases first and then decreases with increasing in cross-flow velocity, coating time, pressure difference of preparation and coating suspension mass concentration. The optimal coating conditions were determined as follows:cross-flow velocity 80 L/h,coating time 25 min, pressure difference of preparation 0.14 MPa and coating suspension mass concentration 0.5 g/L.The DMs prepared under the optimal conditions display the properties of anti-fouling and increased stable flux in separation of oil-in-water emulsion compared with the ceramic support without coating. In order to examine the influence of operating conditions on the stable flux, the separation factor R was proposed, with which the GRA reliability was accordingly verified.
