摘要:The control and design of flexible support structure and warping surface for an aircraft is a key to improve its flight performance. In this paper, an integrated optimal design method for structural parameters and control voltages was presented by using Microfiber Composite (MFC) as a actuator to obtain the desired shape of the surfaces. An integrated optimization model of actuator structural parameters and control voltages was established for minimizing the control deviation through designing electrode width and separation, MFC thickness, the volume fraction of piezoelectric ceramic fiber and controlling the breakdown voltage of MFC. The optimal parameters of the actuator were given by analyzing and comparing the effect of structural parameters on the performance of surface. The warping of a wing surface was used as an example to validate the effectiveness of the method. The results show that the mean square deviation of the multi-voltage control is 45% that of the single voltage control. These results prove that the method presented has potential applications in design of aircraft wing warping.
