摘要:Both the influence of typical artillery's front bracket on muzzle's
vibration and the improved design of the bracket are studied. Firstly,
the instant response of the structure and the vibration property curve
of the muzzle under working are obtained by the finite element method.
Then, the structural parameters of an artillery that have an important
influence on shooting accuracy and muzzle's vibration are clarified by
parameter analysis. The analysis results show that the location of the
front fulcrum and the stiffness of the front bracket have great
influences on the muzzle's vibration. In order to minimize the peak
excursion of the muzzle, the thickness of the bracket plate and the
location of the front fulcrum as design parameters are discussed and
optimum structural size and front fulcrum's location are obtained. The
amplitude of muzzle's vibration of the new design has greatly reduced.
