Abstract:针对航空故障电弧研究中电弧信号采集繁琐的问题,文中设计了一种基于LabVIEW的航空故障电弧发生装置.该系统由LabVIEW上位机、DSP控制系统、电弧发生装置三部分组成.首先,通过LabVIEW虚拟按键控制电弧发生装置触头移动,引发电弧;其次,利用串行通信将采集的数据传送至LabVIEW上位机进行实时显示与存储.大量实验测试表明,新设计的实验平台能够实现故障电弧触发的自动控制与电弧特性的准确采集,同时简化了数据采集过程,具有良好的实用性与人性化设计.
