铸膜溶剂对磺化聚芳醚砜酮质子交换膜性能影响

Abstract: 根据磺化聚芳醚砜酮(SPPESK)的溶解性能,选取DMAc、NMP、DMF和DMSO作为铸膜溶剂,采用浇铸法制备SPPESK质子交换膜。考察了溶剂对SPPESK质子交换膜水吸收率、水溶胀度、质子传导率和离子交换容量(IEC)、甲醇渗透率的影响。H-NMR测试表明DMF与磺酸根有较强的氢键作用,致使膜质子传导率和IEC降低。NMP作为溶剂制得的SPPESK膜具有最高的水吸收率、质子传导率,较低的甲醇渗透率,适宜为SPPESK的铸膜溶剂。
