超薄聚六氟丙烯表面滴状冷凝的传热

Abstract: 采用等离子体聚合技术制备了铜基聚六氟丙烯薄膜,并实现了水蒸汽的滴状冷凝。冷凝传热系数是相应膜状冷凝传热系数的13~26倍,冷凝寿命为800h。等离子体聚合工艺条件、基底金属发生腐蚀、聚合薄膜老化是影响滴状冷凝传热及寿命的主要因素。
