Abstract:食品安全关系看人民生命健康,关系着社会稳定和经济发展.近年来,不少国家和地区均不同程度地发生过食品安全问题.各国政府也正致力于提高食品安全管理水平,有效监控影响食品质量安全的因素.相对于发达国家,我国的食品安全监督管理体系存在很多的不足,其缺陷亟需弥补.目前许多专家学者提倡重点从生产环节来监控食品安全,本文则从食品销售规制的角度来研究食品安全的有效监督,并就建立我国新型的食品安全监督管理体系提出了建议.
Jiao Ye is an associate professor in the School of Economics and Management at Dalian University of Technology (DUT). She got her PhD degree in economic system analysis and management from DUT in 2012. Her research interests cover international investment, transnational management, and international business. Her researches have been published in Applied Economics Letters, Statistical Research, The Journal of Quantitative & Technical Economics, Studies in science of science, Journal of International Trade, World Economy Studies, etc. Jiao Ye also undertake a number of practical projects entrusted by the government and enterprises.
