Abstract:文章将OFDI对出口产品技术复杂度的影响从理论和机制上进行分析,认为OFDI对企业出口产品技术复杂度的影响在投资动机和所在行业因素上具有差异性,并运用企业微观数据进行了实证分析,主要结论为:除了非经营类OFDI以外,贸易销售类OFDI、研发加工类OFDI、多样化OFDI对出口技术复杂度均具有显著的促进作用,且研发加工类OFDI对出口技术复杂度影响最大;而轻纺制造业企业选择贸易销售型OFDI、资源加工企业选择研发加工型OFDI、机械电子类企业从事多样化OFDI对企业出口技术复杂度有更大的促进作用.文章还分析企业技术提升持续期对出口技术复杂度的影响.
Jiao Ye is an associate professor in the School of Economics and Management at Dalian University of Technology (DUT). She got her PhD degree in economic system analysis and management from DUT in 2012. Her research interests cover international investment, transnational management, and international business. Her researches have been published in Applied Economics Letters, Statistical Research, The Journal of Quantitative & Technical Economics, Studies in science of science, Journal of International Trade, World Economy Studies, etc. Jiao Ye also undertake a number of practical projects entrusted by the government and enterprises.
