钢板感应加热成形的实验分析和数值模拟

Abstract:针对船体曲面板的感应加热成形方法,研究钢板感应加热的数值模拟模型,确定感应热源应用于钢板热应力成形技术的可行性,以及加热过程中的主要影响因素对于变形的影响规律.依据电磁场理论,基于ANSYS软件建立了钢板感应加热有限元模型,利用罗氏线圈测量加热过程中感应器的电流强度和频率,从而得到了数值计算时的电学参数,实验结果和数值模拟结果相吻合.结果表明:随着感应加热时间的延长,横向收缩变形增大,当感应器中的电流强度增大时横向收缩变形也增大,通过控制加热过程的电学参数和加热时间可以得到合理的变形要求.
