水火弯板成形因素对角变形的影响

Abstract:对于采用完全水火弯板方法成形双曲度船体板的情况,探索水火弯板成形因素和角变形之间的关系是必要的.利用数值模拟方法研究了热输入量、加热线距离板边的位置和钢板尺寸对于角变形的影响.为了描述钢板的热输入,提出了综合考虑火焰速度、火焰有效功率、火焰作用半径和钢板厚度的热源体功率模型,它可以更好地反映这些热输入影响参数所引起的综合作用.
